DIG DEEP TRIATHLON & CYCLING CLUBS
“A Community Where YOU Matter” and “Where YOU Are Enough!”
Growing the sports of Triathlon and Cycling among women has been a passion of mine for over 15 years. It started with getting back into cycling after a 20-year hiatus in order to join an amazing group of women for the 200 km Ride to Conquer Cancer. In 2011 I bought a new bike and never looked back… shortly after I did my 1stTriathlon and have been emersed in both sports ever since.
Supporting and encouraging other women to get into the sport has been incredibly rewarding – so many women spend many years being caregivers to others and often put their own-self-care on the back burner – a little nudge often leads them to doing some pretty epic stuff!
Over the years I have collected a group of amazing women that are now my most amazing friends & clients at Dig Deep! It’s time to take the next step and grow this community and share the love and encouragement to all those others amazing women who don’t even know they want to do a triathlon or race a bike yet!
Whether you have ever thought about doing a Triathlon or getting into Cycling or are already a seasoned Triathlete or Cyclist, the time is now,and we want you to join us and help lead the charge for women in sport.
At Dig Deep we train year-round and will have opportunities going forward for all – not located in Toronto? – no problem – most of our training is virtual and we will have a few partner clubs that you can join to do some cycling and training in a few areas across Ontario and Canada (soon to come in the USA).
At Dig Deep we do it all (we might not win everything, but we sure do have fun participating)! From Try-a-Tri to Ironman, all disciplines of cycling races from Time-Trials, Crits, Track, Cyclo-cross, Mountain Biking, a long list of Charity Events, including RTCC, Jack Ride, Cycle for Site, Ride for Heart and many more, training camps and strength workouts (oh and don’t forget running – sometimes I like to forget that pain – 5k to Marathon races make it in the mix. Swimming is the 3rd sport of triathlon, and we do a lot of that too!
Our fav. part is usually the après – which may involve a refuel of bubbly to celebrate our accomplishments.
We want to be your one stop community to challenge you to fitness & fun!
